Introduction to Modern Beading

This lesson is technique orientated, and intends to give you confidence when selecting modern beading materials.
My Introduction class covers design theory, choosing materials, and proper finishing techniques for necklaces, bracelets and earrings.

You choose your own adventure in all of my classes. I can easily switch between different techniques to answer your many questions.
Or, if you prefer to be guided by my tried and tested lesson plan, my Introduction class covers the basics of using stringing wire and wire working, to make “floating” (beads spaced on wire) necklaces, bracelets, and earrings.
Bring a Notebook. I have a lot to tell you!
Please note: unfortunately, I do not work out of a bead store. This means you go home with technique samples and oodles of information, which will give you a knowledge foundation before you purchase your supplies at the many ample stores in Vancouver. This will hopefully save you some money in the long run.
